Terms of Service
These terms are an agreement between you (the agency or person buying a license) and Business Toolbox ("we", "us") for HighLevel Theme Studio ("Theme Studio"), the sales website, and the hosted service that stores and applies your themes. By buying or using Theme Studio you accept these terms. If you are buying for a company, you confirm you may bind that company.
1. What Theme Studio is
Theme Studio is a visual theming layer that runs inside your GoHighLevel agency through a snippet you paste into Agency Settings → Company → Custom JavaScript. It changes how the GoHighLevel interface looks for your users. It does not change GoHighLevel's features, data or permissions, and it is not made by, endorsed by, or affiliated with HighLevel Inc. Your use of GoHighLevel remains subject to HighLevel's own terms.
2. License
- A license covers one GoHighLevel agency and the one white-label domain you enter at activation, including every sub-account and user on that agency. Extra domains for the same agency can be added on request.
- The install snippet and your account id are for that agency only. You may not share, resell, sublicense or use them on another agency, and you may not remove or work around the license check.
- You may not copy, decompile, or redistribute the Theme Studio runtime, or use it to build a competing product.
- We may update Theme Studio at any time. The snippet loads the current hosted version so updates arrive automatically.
3. Plans and payment
- Founder Pass (our limited lifetime license): a one-time payment for a license that does not expire, including future updates to Theme Studio, for as long as we offer the service. Founder Passes are sold in a limited number; once they are gone, only the Monthly plan is offered.
- Monthly: a subscription billed in advance each month until you cancel. Cancel any time; access continues until the end of the paid period, after which the license is suspended and GoHighLevel returns to its native look. Your saved theme is kept and restored if you subscribe again.
- Prices are shown at checkout in US dollars unless stated otherwise and exclude any taxes you must pay. Payments are processed by Stripe under its terms. A failed subscription payment suspends the license until it is paid.
4. All sales are final
Theme Studio is a digital product that is delivered and usable immediately after payment, so purchases are not refundable, in whole or in part. This applies to the Founder Pass and to every Monthly payment already made. There is no free trial. You can cancel a Monthly subscription at any time to stop future charges; access continues until the end of the paid period. If something is not working, email support@businesstoolbox.io and we will help you get it working. If a charge is disputed with your bank or card issuer, the license is suspended while the dispute is open and ended if the dispute succeeds.
5. Activation and delivery
Your activation code is shown right after payment and emailed to the address you used at checkout. It is single-use. Enter your full white-label domain carefully; a license bound to the wrong domain can be corrected by support. Keep your install snippet safe: anyone with it can load your theme on your domain.
6. Acceptable use
You agree not to use Theme Studio to mislead users about who operates your platform, to interfere with GoHighLevel's security or billing, to hide legally required notices, or in any way that breaks the law or HighLevel's terms. You are responsible for the content of the themes you create, including any logos and images you upload.
7. The service and its limits
GoHighLevel changes frequently and without notice. We work to keep Theme Studio compatible, but a change on their side can temporarily affect how a theme looks. When Theme Studio cannot safely style a screen it leaves the native interface in place. Theme Studio is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, including that it will be error-free or uninterrupted, or that it will suit a particular purpose.
8. Liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses, lost revenue, or lost data arising from Theme Studio, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.
9. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or end a license if it is used in breach of these terms, if a payment is charged back or fails, or if we discontinue Theme Studio (in which case we will give license holders at least 90 days' notice and stop Monthly billing). You may stop using Theme Studio at any time by removing the snippet; GoHighLevel returns to its native look immediately.
10. Your data
How we handle your information is described in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms. Your themes belong to you; you can export them from inside Theme Studio at any time.
11. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. We will change the date above and, for material changes, email license holders at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use after that date means you accept the new terms.
12. General
These terms are the whole agreement between you and us about Theme Studio. If a part of them is found unenforceable, the rest still applies. They are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Business Toolbox is established, and disputes will be handled by the courts there, unless the law where you live gives you other rights.
